Vancouver, BC, Canada – Concert is pleased to announce that it has been nominated for six Georgie Awards by the BC Chapter of the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association for two of its latest residential developments – Belvedere and Circa.
Concert was nominated in three categories for Belvedere, its 16-storey, mixed-use concrete tower in Victoria – Best Multi-Family Development High-Rise, Best Interior Design Display Suite and Salesperson or Team of the Year in New Home Construction. Concert’s second residential development in Victoria, Belvedere offers a boutique hotel ambience with understated classically-inspired influences that cater to urban professionals and young-minded empty nesters. Concert’s affordable Circa development was also nominated in three categories – Best Signage, Best Logo and Best Print Advertisement. A 22-storey tower with a four-storey base, Circa is the final property to be constructed in Concert's 33-acre master-planned Collingwood Village community in East Vancouver. “We are delighted to have been nominated again this year by the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association for these properties of which we’re very proud,” said David Podmore, President & CEO, Concert Properties Ltd. “It’s a tribute to the dedicated team effort of our highly-skilled employees, contractors, consultants and tradespeople and their ongoing commitment to building excellence.” Named after Capt. George Vancouver, the Georgie Awards were created in 1992 by the BC Chapter of the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association to recognize the best in British Columbia’s housing industry.
