Blythwood at Huntington Achieves LEED Gold

Concert and Tridel’s joint venture condominium development in Toronto, Blythwood at Huntington, has officially achieved LEED Gold certification from the Canadian Green Building Council (CGBC).

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a rating system recognized as the international standard for green building in 150 countries. Awarded only after a comprehensive audit, LEED certification speaks to the fact that environmental sustainability was prioritized throughout every step of a building’’ design and construction.

Since 2012 it has been Concert’s explicit mandate to design and construct its projects to the rigorous standards of LEED Gold or equivalent. To learn more about Concert’s commitment to sustainability, click here.
