Located on one of Vancouver’s last remaining waterfront sites, The Creek will consist of four condominium developments and a purpose-built rental building located on a six-acre property adjacent to Science World and the Seawall in Southeast False Creek. In late March, the first condominium building within this master-planned community received conditional development permit approval from Vancouver City Council.
