Located in the St. Lawrence neighbourhood at the NW corner of Wellington Street East and Scott Street, the property consists of a 185,094 square foot single-tenant, seven-storey office building currently occupied by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. The property is situated only a few blocks away from Concert’s latest condominium project, The Berczy, which began selling earlier this year.
