Concert Honoured by Canadian Homebuilders' Association

The BC Chapter of the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association (CHBA) held their annual Georgie Award ceremony on March 11, 2016 in Vancouver and Concert was honoured with two prestigious Grand Georgie Awards.

Concert received the Grand Georgie for Customer Satisfaction – Multi-Family, marking the sixth time the company has been recognized for its customer service in the Georgie Awards since 2008. Additionally, Concert received the Grand Georgie Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year for Voda, the first phase of the company’s master-planned community, The Creek, in Vancouver.

“There is no higher honour for a developer than being recognized by your customers time and time again for providing a superior level of customer service,” said Brian McCauley, President and Chief Operating Officer of Concert. “Given that buying a home is one of the most important decisions people will make, we feel a particular obligation to ensure we are exceeding homebuyers’ high expectations.”

Concert was also nominated in the prestigious Multi-Family award category within the CHBA’s National Awards for Housing Excellence. A win for Era, the company’s most-recent development in Victoria, would mark the fourth time a Concert project has been nationally-recognized as best-in-class by the CHBA. Winners will be announced at the CHBA’s 73rd National Conference on May 6, 2016 in Kelowna, British Columbia.
