Vancouver, BC, Canada – Concert is pleased to announce that it has been nominated as a finalist in the Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s 2009 National SAM Awards in three categories.
Concert's fourth residential development in Victoria, 365 Waterfront is a contemporary, terraced six-storey waterfront condominium development in the award-winning Selkirk Waterfront Community has been nominated for Best Multi-Family Project and Best Sales Office. Concert has also been named a finalist for the Canadian home building industry’s highest honour, the American Standard Grand SAM Award.

The awards will be presented at the CHBA’s 67th National Conference on March 5, 2010 in Victoria, British Columbia, when industry and government leaders and CHBA members from across the country will gather to honour this year’s award winners.
