On May 12, 2017 Concert received the top marketing honour, the Marketing Excellence Award, for Navío at the Creek at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) National Awards for Housing Excellence in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Navío at the Creek was also awarded in the Direct Promotion – Electronic and Brochure/Kit categories.

Navío comprises 177 homes across two boutique condominium buildings and is the second phase of The Creek, a master-plan community that sits on a 2.7 acre waterfront park adjacent to the seawall in Vancouver.
