On March 31, 2017 the Toronto office moved to our new space in 88 Scott, a 58-storey mixed-use building in Toronto’s core developed by Concert. The five-storey podium fronting onto Wellington and Scott Streets contains boutique office and retail space. Occupying the entire second floor of the podium, the Toronto office overlooks a breathtaking public art installation called Spectrum, created by the internationally renowned artist Cecil Balmond.
Since entering the Ontario market in 2001, Concert has developed 285 condominium homes, with another 889 currently under construction, and 2,113 rental homes. Concert has also built or acquired over 4,445,432 square feet of commercial space across the province.
