Construction in Concert

Concert currently has several active construction projects between Vancouver, Victoria and Toronto. Here is an update on how each of these developments is progressing:

Demolition is well underway on the buildings that currently occupy the site of 88 Scott , Concert’s 58-storey highrise in the heart of downtown Toronto.

A comprehensive renovation is ongoing at the seven-storey Queen Victoria Hotel in Victoria which Concert is converting into rental housing. Once complete, the development will be known as The Q Apartments .

At Era , Concert’s 16-storey condominium development in downtown Victoria, construction has now reached grade.

Salt , Concert’s 33-storey condominium development in downtown Vancouver will be “topped off” later this month. For those not familiar with the term, a building has been topped off when all the concrete floor and roof slabs have been poured. At Concert, this milestone is celebrated with a topping off party for tradespeople and consultants.

With masonry work now finalized, precast and glazing installation are nearly complete on Blythwood at Huntington , Concert and Tridel’s nine-storey condominium development in the Lawrence Park neighbourhood of Toronto.

Construction is essentially complete on The Berczy , Concert’s 13-storey condominium in Toronto’s historic downtown St. Lawrence neighbourhood. Purchasers will begin to take possession of their new homes beginning in October.

One32 , our 10-storey rental community in downtown Toronto is nearly complete and on track to welcome its first residents in October.
