The 29-storey Motion development, located in the heart of downtown Toronto, is the largest rental community Concert has completed with 463 apartments.

“As a company who has been committed to the construction of quality assured rental housing since the very beginning, it is an honour to have our rental developments recognized at the national level by way of these nominations,” said Brian McCauley, Concert’s President and Chief Operating Officer.

Motion also received a nomination for Project Signage and Logo. In addition, Concert was nominated for the Marketing Excellence Award and the Grand SAM Award.

Judged by a panel of industry professionals, the CHBA National SAM Awards pay special tribute to the achievements of new home builders, home renovators, developers and new home sales and marketing professionals from across the country.
