The Kip Distrtict wins big in National Home Builders Association's Awards

Concert has been recognized with several prestigious Gold and Silver awards from the National Association of Homebuilders Annual National Sales and Marketing Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Nationals recognize exceptional sales and marketing efforts across North America and Concert’s newest development, The Kip District, located in Ontario’s Etobicoke community, was victorious in numerous categories at the awards ceremony held on January 20.

Renowned for its high quality construction and thoughtful sense of community in each development, the company’s newest master-planned community, The Kip District, was awarded Gold at The National’s International Builders Show in three categories: Best Presentation Centre, Best Brochure for a High Rise Community and Master Planned Community of the Year (High Rise). Concert’s The Kip District also took home Silver in four additional categories: Best Logo, Best Website for a Community, Best TV Commercial (broadcast or YouTube) and Best Signage.

The Nationals is America’s largest competition paying tribute to housing industry professionals for excellence in sales and marketing, typically drawing over 800 entries and more than 500 attendees. Each entry is judged on its own merits by a panel of distinguished individuals selected for professional expertise in sales, marketing and design.

“The Nationals are recognized across our industry and across North America,” said Brian McCauley, President and Chief Operating Officer for Concert Properties. “This win is a testament to the hard work and creative ideas of our entire team, and their faultless implementation of our vision for The Kip District.”

The Kip District is Concert’s second largest multi-phased residential development in Canada and its largest in the City of Toronto. When complete, it will contain 1,500 homes plus shops and services within five sleek towers near the Etobicoke City Centre. The Kip District will transform this evolving neighbourhood, while offering unparalleled access to the GTA, downtown Toronto and beyond through a soon-to-be expanded transit network.
