New and Existing Senior Management Making a Difference

Dave Ramslie was recently appointed Concert’s Vice President, Sustainability. Ramslie was previously a Principal with Integral Group where he led the planning and research team, which specialized in helping companies and governments design sustainability strategies and master-plan sustainable communities. Ramslie’s work, which has included leading projects such as the BC Energy Step Code and the Toronto Green Standard Update, has been recognized with numerous international awards.

In his new role with Concert, Ramslie will bring enhanced focus to the company’s sustainability agenda, helping to build on the solid foundation that has differentiated Concert over the years. “I am excited to join Concert because of the company’s strong sustainability commitment and holistic approach, which considers economic, environmental and social perspectives,” said Ramslie. “I look forward to building on our successes and working with the talented Concert team to continue building healthy, resilient and sustainable communities.”

Concert is also pleased to recognize Adena Waffle, Vice President, Seniors Housing, who was recently elected to the Board of the British Columbia Seniors Living Association (BCSLA). Waffle’s election reflects her deep experience and knowledge, and her commitment to be part of a collaborative team focused on addressing important issues related to BC’s seniors living industry.

“I am deeply honoured to have been selected as a Board member,” said Waffle. “I am passionate about the seniors living industry. I know our work is powerful as I have seen how positively we impact the lives of seniors, and enrich the fabric of our families and communities.”

“I am very proud to welcome Dave to Concert and to congratulate Adena on her appointment with the BCSLA,” said Brian McCauley, President & Chief Executive Officer. “Talented people are core to the success of our business and we are fortunate at Concert to have an exceptional team of hardworking and committed people.”
