Alison Wedekind, Concert’s Senior Sales Manager in Victoria, spoke to Richard recently about his lengthy relationship with Concert.
“We purchased one to live in ourselves because we enjoy James Bay,” MacDonald says about his most recent purchases at Capital Park Residences, with a second home purchased solely for investment. “I lived in James Bay for ten years. It’s basically in the core and it’s close to downtown but it has trees, it has a residential community.”

“The salespersons are very knowledgeable in all aspects of their product, very detail-oriented and extremely competent,” MacDonald says about the staff. He adds, “Our tenants are very happy, and our owners are happy. The quality of the product is very good. Coming from a construction and engineering background, I know what to look for,” he says. “They don’t cheat and slip up on quality and they deliver on time. I inform people that Concert is the best builder in town and I recommend them all the time.”
