Resident Survey Reflects Concert's Commitment to Service Excellence

Concert recently conducted a resident survey at all residential properties to obtain feedback on service levels and ensure the company is living up to its mandate of providing every resident with a positive experience while living in our communities. The survey is conducted annually by members of Concert’s Property Management team.

“We are very pleased by the number of responses and the level of engagement with our survey,” said Bev Greene, Senior Vice President, Property Management. “Obtaining constructive feedback from residents allows us to develop concrete action plans to continuously improve our residents’ experience.” Based on resident feedback, Property Management has already taken steps to address key areas of interest.

Conducting an annual resident survey is an important way that Concert demonstrates its commitment to living its values of integrity, service and quality. “We’re proud to be known as a developer with a difference because of the values that we believe distinguish Concert and define our unique relationships with our residents, tenants, purchasers, communities and partners,” said Brian McCauley, Concert’s President & Chief Executive Officer.

Founded in 1989 with the mandate to provide assured rental housing in BC, Concert continues to offer high-quality and diverse residential rental options. Over the years, Concert has developed nearly 12,000 rental and condominium homes, and built or acquired over 12 million square feet of income-producing property.
