For the second year in a row, Concert has been ranked as a top performer in Canada within JD Power’s 2016 Property Management Service Excellence Program.
Six Concert residential rental properties were recognized as placing in the top 15% for resident experience – 600 Drake, Axis and The Westridge properties in Vancouver, The Q Apartments in Victoria, and Palomar and Sierra in Toronto.
“We take great pride in the fact that the survey responses from our residents were so overwhelmingly positive,” said Bev Greene, Vice President, Property Management for Concert. “Our aim is to go beyond simply providing housing; we want to provide communities residents are happy to call home.”
JD Power administers surveys to residents of professionally-managed properties across Canada which measure their level of satisfaction with the initial application and move-in process as well as to-day experiences with on-site property management staff.
This is the second year in a row that 600 Drake, Axis and The Q Apartments have received the distinction of ranking in the top 15%.
