88 Scott
With the concrete formwork completed up to the 54th of 58 floors, 88 Scott continues to gain height in downtown Toronto skyline. The reconstruction of the limestone façade along Wellington and Scott Streets is now complete and suite finishes continue on the lower levels. Landscaping and streetscape work has commenced with the installation of various exterior architectural building features.
The Creek
The Creek construction in Vancouver is moving quickly with the site changing and growing every day. The ground floor slab and parkade at Navío have been completed, and the construction of the South building townhome level will commence shortly. Over at Voda, the first phase, the 13th floor slab is being poured and windows now reach the fourth floor.
The Kip
Construction in Central Etobicoke at The Kip One started at the end of May 2016 and the project is currently progressing with level one of the underground parking structure. A groundbreaking ceremony in July marked the beginning of the 28-storey building and, to date, construction remains on schedule.
