Concert’s development teams are working hard to advance the company’s 8,000,000-square-foot pipeline of projects that will be rolled out over the next 15 years. The sheer scale of this development activity means that there has in fact never been a more exciting time for Concert.
The vast majority of this development pipeline will be integrated within six large-scale, master-planned communities located across Victoria, Vancouver and Toronto. These communities will contain just about all aspects of the company’s business, everything from condominium and rental homes, to office and retail spaces as well as seniors housing.
Between the completed 28-acre Collingwood Village and six-acre Arbutus Walk communities in Vancouver and the four-acre Village Gate West community in Etobicoke, Concert has worked extremely hard over the years to establish a reputation for executing master-planned communities to the highest standards. These award-winning communities have served to enhance the neighbourhoods they became part of while at the same time adding valuable community amenities such as considerable park space, a childcare facility, a community gymnasium and even the City of Vancouver’s first Community Policing Office.
As Concert moves forward with its six, large-scale master-planned communities it will endeavor not only live up to what has been created in the past, but to continue to set new standards of excellence in community building.
