Community Involvement

Giving back to the communities where we work, live and build is another important way that Concert makes a difference.

Our ongoing CommunityWorks initiatives are an opportunity to contribute to not-for-profit causes, parks and recreation, education and training programs. 

CommunityWorks also provides direct investment to socially conscious community development projects.  As part of the initiative, our staff and tenants get involved in specific hands-on community-oriented activities.

These may take the form of a pancake breakfast for area residents, donating funds for park improvements, delivering “holiday hampers” to the needy in Vancouver’s East Side or building homes for Habitat for Humanity in Toronto.  And whether it’s a drive to help the local food bank, gathering clothing for the homeless or establishing a bursary for trade scholarships, we’re always willing to play our part.

At Concert, we believe that giving back to the community is not just the right thing to do, it’s also an important measure of what we stand for as a company.
