Reporting to the Director, Investments, you will be involved in the leasing and marketing of our commercial real estate portfolio from listing to occupancy. As a Leasing Coordinator, you’ll work with our Investments team to analyze potential tenants and lease terms, draft lease documents, track deal timelines and prepare marketing information/proposals. You’ll liaise with the industry’s top commercial real estate brokers and have the opportunity to share your ideas with our team for continuous improvement.

A minimum of 1 year of real estate industry experience preferred
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Adept at utilizing Excel & Word and a quick learner of new software platforms such as VTS, Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Dynamics and others
This position is ideally suited for a self-directed, self-starting individual who is adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment
