Concert received the award for Chelsea - a luxury concrete six-storey lowrise situated in Victoria’s Fairfield neighbourhood, just blocks from the energy and convenience of downtown.

The Commercial Building Award winners are selected by a panel of industry professionals using criteria such as how the development fits into the surrounding area, environmental sensitivity, aesthetics and how the development answers a specific developmental need within the community.
The winners were announced on November 27 at an awards reception held at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort.
