Concert names Tim Philpotts as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure
Concert is pleased to announce it has named Tim Philpotts as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure.
Vancouver, BC, Canada – Concert is pleased to announce it has named Tim Philpotts as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure. Tim joins the Concert team on May 3, 2010. In this position, Tim will lead the creation of Concert’s P3 (public private partnership) and infrastructure investment division.
This new business will focus on municipal and provincial social infrastructure projects capitalizing on Concert’s 20 years of development and construction experience.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Tim to our team,” said Daniel Jarvis, Concert Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer. “With extensive background and expertise in public private partnerships and infrastructure, Tim will prove invaluable in leading this new division.”
Since 2002, Tim has worked as the National Sector Head for Ernst & Young on its P3 work in North America. Prior to moving to North America, Tim worked in the Project Finance/P3 Group of Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom undertaking numerous projects throughout Europe.

Tim has been involved in infrastructure and P3 work for more than 15 years and has advised on over 50 projects with total capital value of approximately $20 billion that have reached financial close. He is also a Director of the Canadian Council of Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP).
