Parks & Recreation
In North Vancouver, Concert created King's Mill Walk, a fully-landscaped park with viewing platforms and a mile-long walkway situated on a 6.5-acre site. Created as a component of Concert's Harbourside Business Park, King's Mill Walk is the largest stretch of waterfront park in the City of North Vancouver.

Now underway is the major redevelopment of Vancouver's Downtown YMCA, a project that includes retaining the 1941 heritage building that has served the community for more than 60 years. The site will be developed as a new 95,000-square-foot YMCA facility, along with a highrise residential tower. The highrise is an important aspect of the project as it will fund a substantial portion of the YMCA construction costs. Those who live and work in downtown Vancouver will gain revitalized resources that will meet the expanding needs of a growing community, including education and training, community support, a daycare centre and recreation facilities.

Collingwood Neighbourhood House is a social and recreational focus of this East Vancouver community, and provides a variety of programs, services and recreational activities to the surrounding community.

Developed to support recreational pursuits, enhance pedestrian connections and create a variety of landscaped settings for residents to enjoy, Collingwood Village also includes more than seven acres of dedicated parks along with a series of landscaped public open spaces and pedestrian routes.
