Ken Bogress

Ken joined Concert in June 1996 and has managed the development of several large scale complex projects including, most notably: The O’Keefe, Concert’s first seniors living community; Tapestry, a condominium development incorporating the Vancouver General Hospital’s historic Nurses’ Residence; and Patina, a 42-storey, 256-suite residential tower and the adjacent new state-of-the-art YMCA facility. Ken has the added responsibility of formalizing Concert’s seniors housing business plan for BC, Ontario and Alberta.
