A member of the Concert management team since 1989, Lionel is responsible for assisting in the formulation of the company's short and long-term strategic plans. In addition to overseeing all financial, accounting and compliance functions, he is also responsible for the company's property management subsidiary, including more than 2,500 rental apartments and an extensive portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.
