Building Description
SeaStar is a 21-storey concrete building located at the northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and Burrard Street in Vancouver's West End community. The building is a short walk to Vancouver's downtown business core and Yaletown district, restaurants, theatres, shopping, local beaches, Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquatic Centre. SeaStar was completed in 1997.
