Building Description
Located in Vancouver's desirable Kitsilano neighbourhood close to the downtown business core, the University of British Columbia, local beaches and great shopping, The Carlings was the first building completed within Concert's Arbutus Walk community.
Comprised of two four-storey lowrise buildings designed with an urban, brownstone look, The Carlings features contemporary finishes including maple hardwood flooring in entry and kitchen, Berber carpeting, choice of white or maple cabinetry. The Carlings was completed in 1997.
