• Although Concert has received development approval from the City of Edmonton, we have made the difficult decision not to proceed with the development this year.
• Significant construction constraints throughout the industry have created a very challenging building environment, especially for a project of this boutique scale and high-end finish.
• Concert takes great pride in delivering very high quality homes and will only proceed with the proposed development when our team is confident we can deliver a quality Concert product on a committed schedule.
• Concert’s team is optimistic that current industry circumstances will improve and we will be able to proceed with this exciting project in 2009.
