This single-use built-to-suit three-storey building was constructed in 1999 for Vancouver Coastal Health/Vancouver Richmond Health Board. The main floor consists of office and clinic space with the remaining floors as office space.

Located at the northeast corner of Crowley Drive and Joyce Street in East Vancouver, the Evergreen Community Health Centre is one block south of the Joyce Street SkyTrain Station. The building is north of Kingsway and west of Boundary Road.

Completed in 1999, the site provides 36 underground secured stalls.
