Also located in the immediate area are Fraserview Public Golf Course, Killarney Community Centre with ice rink and pool, Champlain Heights Community Centre with fitness and racquet courts, as well as many walking and jogging paths. Champlain Heights Elementary and Killarney Secondary Schools are also nearby.

All buildings have been designed with state-of-the-art fire and life safety systems, including sprinklers and smoke detectors in each suite. Security measures, such as computer-controlled card access and a video surveillance system available for viewing by all residents, give you peace of mind.

Other features include a large, bright central laundry facility in each building, equipped with current SmartCard technology, making laundry time easy and convenient. Concert's professional on-site staff maintains the building premises and grounds, and is dedicated to making your Concert living experience a pleasant one. Our site office is open noon to 5pm Monday to Saturday for your convenience, with on-call service after hours to respond to your emergency needs.
