Jazz is Concert’s second new rental building in Toronto and was built in conjunction with OMERS (the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System) - the third largest pension fund in Canada, through a commitment to build new assured rental apartments.

Residents at Jazz enjoy extensive amenities including a multi-storey party room with fireplace, fitness centre, media screening lounge, games room and business centre. The building is equipped with security features including gated underground parking and card access to the building. A dedicated recycling room for batteries, light bulbs and other household hazardous waste and tri-sort garbage and recycling stations on each floor encourage residents to minimize their environmental footprint.  

Jazz offers a wide variety of suites from studios to two-bedroom apartments, some with dens. Homes at Jazz feature five energy-efficient appliances including dishwasher and full-size in-suite laundry, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, bright, spacious kitchens with contemporary cabinetry, closet organizers, balconies and/or terraces and energy efficient windows. High-speed internet is also available.
