Serrano, a 21-storey new rental highrise, consists of 278 condominium style rental suites, along with 8,500 square feet of ground floor retail space.

This new rental building is Phase I of Village Gate West, a 3.7-acre master-planned community located in the Etobicoke neighbourhood of Toronto, only blocks from the Historic Village of Islington. Village Gate West is being built in three phases by Concert, the developer. Concert, OMERS and Sun Life Financial are the co-owners of this new building. When complete, Village Gate West will contain up to 950 condominiums and rental homes, along with seniors independent living at Tapestry, and ground level retail. 

As part of our commitment to the community, Concert contributed to the creation of the nearby MichaelPowerPark, just one block east of Serrano.

Serrano residents enjoy extensive amenities including a fireside lobby, fully-equipped exercise room, business centre, theatre room and an outdoor play area for children. The building is equipped with security features including gated underground parking and card access to the building. Light sensors in all common areas, programmable thermostats in each suite, and a dedicated recycling room encourage residents to minimize their environmental footprint.
