We are pleased to announce that five of Concert’s rental properties have been ranked in the top 15% for resident experience in professionally-managed rental properties across Canada as part of JD Power’s 2015 Property Management Service Excellence Program.
JD Power’s survey, administered to residents of professionally-managed properties across Canada, aimed to quantify residents' level of satisfaction with various aspects of their experience – everything from the initial application process, the move-in process to their day-to-day experiences with on-site property management staff.
Concert’s 600 Drake and Axis in Vancouver, The Q Apartments in Victoria as well as Prelude and One32 in Toronto all received the distinction of ranking in the top 15%.
