A dedication to achieving and maintaining community support on every investment means Concert Infrastructure aims to strike a balance between the interests of the company, its public sector partners, and the communities and stakeholders the projects will ultimately serve.
Making a difference in our community
Giving back to the communities where we work, live and build is an important way that Concert makes a difference.
In addition to bringing a wide variety of community-serving public infrastructure projects to fruition, Concert’s ongoing CommunityWorks initiatives benefit a variety of not-for-profit causes and socially-conscious community development projects.
From our work with Habitat for Humanity in Toronto, delivery of holiday hampers to the needy in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, support of the Twelve Mile Coulee Parent Association’s school fitness project in Calgary, or fundraising for trades training through Concert’s annual fundraising golf tournaments in Vancouver and Toronto, we strive to always play our part.
We are pleased to have supported Concert Real Estate Corporation, alongside its valued trade and supplier partners, in raising over $3 million to date in support of trades training at BCIT, George Brown College, Camosun College and through the innovative Hammer Heads program in Ontario.
At Concert, we believe that giving back to the community is not just the right thing to do, it’s also an essential part of our role as a community builder.
