In February Concert celebrated the completion of the concrete formwork on the tallest building it has undertaken to date. 88 Scott soars 58 storeys and comprises 574,000 square feet of gross building area.
“88 Scott is our proud addition to the City of Toronto’s ever-evolving skyline,” says Concert President and Chief Operating Officer Brian McCauley, who flew in from Vancouver to attend the occasion. “This milestone event celebrates the dedication and efforts of those who have helped make Concert’s vision for 88 Scott a reality.”
After breaking ground less than three years ago, Concert celebrated this major milestone with a party for staff, trades and consultants. Attendees enjoyed fresh oven-baked pizza and received commemorative shirts.
Located in the heart of the Financial District at Scott and Wellington, 88 Scott is on schedule for completion in spring 2018, with commercial and residential tenants first moving in spring and fall of 2017, respectively.
