Investment Strategy
Concert Income Properties LP prioritizes capital preservation while capturing opportunities for income and value growth through a blended 80% Core and 20% Core-Plus investment strategy. Total returns are enhanced through the use of a modest level of leverage.
The Fund focuses on acquiring and managing on high-quality assets in prime locations, while selectively capturing upside through modest value-add initiatives such as re-leasing, light capital improvements and operational efficiencies.
