Concert was among the winners announced in the 12th annual Avid Awards for excellence in homebuyer experience. The company was recognized with an Avid Benchmark Award, an accolade given only to those homebuilders who rank among the top 25 percent nationwide based on the results of customer experience surveys.
This year’s award recipients were chosen from a record number of 930 qualifying builders across North America, making it the largest assessment of homebuyer satisfaction in the region.
“Homebuyer satisfaction is one of our biggest priorities at Concert and one of the main reasons the company has maintained its own in-house customer service teams” said Brian McCauley, Concert’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
In order to determine the Avid Award winners, homebuilders were evaluated using satisfaction surveys sent by Avid to each and every purchaser. Every homebuyer survey in the database is analyzed to determine each builder's Avid Index Score, which is a combination of the total home buying experience, the willingness to refer and the actual number of recommendations a buyer has made.
