701 Belleville – Victoria
Demolition is complete at 701 Belleville in Victoria, the future home of Victoria’s first Tapestry seniors lifestyle community. The site is cleared and preparation for excavation to the foundation level has begun.
Capital Park – Victoria
With the first office building complete at Capital Park in Victoria, construction has begun on the second office building. Site excavation was completed over the winter months and construction work has now commenced on the parkade structure.
Navío – The Creek
At The Creek, located in Vancouver’s False Creek neighbourhood, the final touches are being applied to Navío South. At Navío North, suites and common area finishes are underway, as are exterior finishes including railing installation and painting. The shared parkade is complete, landscaping is ongoing and the East Park walkway is under construction. Navío South and Navío North are expected to complete in 2018, with move-ins anticipated for May and October respectively.
88 Scott – Toronto
At 88 Scott, Concert’s 58-storey tower located in Toronto’s Financial District, construction will be completed in summer 2018. The sixth floor Core Club amenities including swimming pool, billiards room and social lounge have been turned over to the property management team and are ready for residents to use in March. Construction on the 46 and 47-floor amenities is ongoing, and the penthouse interiors are progressing well.
The Kip District – Etobicoke
Kip One, a 28-storey building comprising 283 condominium homes, is in the final stages of construction. Kip One is the first of five architecturally distinctive towers in The Kip District master-plan community in central Etobicoke. Finishes on the Kip One amenity area have begun and move-ins are expected to start on schedule in August 2018.
