Building on Success: Important Leadership Announcements

Over the past year, three members of Concert Properties’ senior leadership team — John Dooling, Aran Clarke and Matthew Czech — took on interim executive roles during a period of transition. Their steady guidance helped maintain focus, stability and momentum for the organization.

Today, we’re pleased to announce the appointments of all three to permanent roles, further strengthening our leadership capacity and supporting the delivery of our strategic vision and long-term priorities.

Over the past year, John provided strong and steady guidance as interim CEO, and I am happy to announce he is being appointed as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. In his expanded position, John will oversee long-term financial planning and forecasting and guide financial strategy across all Concert entities — including Concert Real Estate Corporation, Concert Properties Ltd., and Concert Income Properties LP. He will also be resuming his role as Officer and CFO of the Concert Infrastructure Fund. In addition, his responsibilities will continue to include internal operations — including Governance, Risk and Corporate Services.

Aran Clarke has been appointed Chief Corporate Services Officer, a role she has effectively led over the past year. Aran will continue to provide strategic leadership across corporate strategy project planning, and internal services, including People Experience, Information Systems & Technology (IST), Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). Her integrated approach ensures these areas remain aligned to drive innovation, resilience and lasting impact.

Matthew Czech, previously serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer, has been named Senior Vice President, Finance. In this role, Matthew will lead the Finance team, support the development and execution of financial strategies, and oversee budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and performance across the organization.

“These appointments reflect the strength and continuity of leadership across the company,” said Christine Bergeron, President & CEO. “John, Aran and Matthew have each brought deep expertise and a strong commitment to our purpose. Their ongoing contributions will help continue to shape the future of our organization.”

Looking ahead, Concert Properties remains committed to building on our strong reputation and delivering lasting value to the shareholders, communities, partners and people we serve.
