Concert and Employees Donate just over $20,000 to Red Cross Ukraine Relief Effort

From long-term, organized charitable events like Concert’s annual golf tournament, to staff-led initiatives, one thing has always been true: giving back to those in need is core to our values at Concert – and the crisis in Ukraine poses no exception.

For the month of March, Concert committed to matching donations to the Red Cross: Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal up to $10,000, and employees across the company came together to show their support.

After just a few weeks, the campaign met its goal, with $20,326 in funds now being donated to support relief, recovery, resiliency and risk reduction activities in and beyond the region at the individual and community levels.

“The crisis in Ukraine is one that is felt by all,” says David Podmore, Concert’s Chair, President & CEO. “When something of this magnitude occurs on the global scale it’s important that we act, in any way we can. It means a lot to Concert and our employees to be able to make our small contribution to those who are in need during this uncertain and extremely difficult time.”
