Today, we’re excited to share an important step forward as we bring together three specialized teams—Development, Construction, and Sales, Marketing, and Communications—under a new organizational structure. To lead this newly unified group, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Watters as Chief Operations Officer (COO).
In this role, Craig will provide strategic oversight and leadership across the integrated teams, working closely with Arif Rahemtulla, Chief Construction Officer, and Colleen Anderson, Chief Marketing Officer, to ensure strong alignment and continued progress toward our goals. These teams have long worked in close partnership, and over the years, their collective efforts have been instrumental in building a reputation that sets us apart in the industry. By aligning them more formally, we’re creating a more seamless, strategic and effective operation.
