North Harbour Construction

Levelling up: Fall 2025 construction update

Since our Summer 2025 update, we’ve reached key milestones on our projects in Coquitlam, North Vancouver and Toronto. Activity remains strong across our sites as we near the final stages of construction on over 1,300 homes.

Burke – Toronto

Combining contemporary design with historic character, Burke is a 53-storey condominium featuring 502 homes that has already become a distinct addition to the Toronto skyline. Located in the downtown neighbourhood of St. James Town, the building features three reconstructed heritage homes that will provide new retail and commercial spaces, adding to the vibrancy of the community.

Inside, suite framing is complete, with finishes and drywall installation reaching level 52. Amenity area finishes are in progress.

At ground level, reconstruction on the heritage homes, landscaping and terra cotta precast installation is ongoing.

Myriad – Coquitlam

Myriad is 50-storey condominium that will deliver 468 homes and mark the completion of the Heart of Burquitlam—a vibrant, transit-oriented, master-planned community.

Customer service inspections are ongoing throughout the building, with final preparations for handover in progress as the project approaches completion.

North Harbour – North Vancouver

Set along the North Vancouver waterfront and Spirit Trail, North Harbour is a master-planned community spanning 12 acres and offering breathtaking views of Burrard Inlet, downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains. The community will deliver a mix of homes, retail and office space, as well as public amenities across four phases.

Phase One is taking shape as landscaping nears completion and civil infrastructure work continues. Drift will soon deliver 163 new condominium homes—occupancy walkthroughs by the City of North Vancouver have been conducted and interior quality control is in progress.

Construction at Aire East and Aire West, which will collectively deliver 103 condominium homes, continues with railing installation, balcony envelope work and common-area millwork. The rental building, which will provide 110 new homes, is advancing envelope panel installation, common-area drywall framing and landscaping.

With 2026 just around the corner, we’re excited to continue advancing these residences as part of our vision of creating resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities across Canada.
