With the arrival of spring, a season of growth and renewal, we are excited to provide a progress update on our projects, part of the largest construction effort in our company’s history.
Burke – Toronto
Burke, our soaring 53-storey tower in the vibrant heart of downtown Toronto's revitalized St. James Town neighbourhood, is making remarkable progress. Concrete forming is now complete up to the 16th floor, with window installations advancing to levels 3 and 4. Concurrently, precast installation is underway on levels 6 to 10, complemented by active electrical and mechanical rough-ins.
Myriad in the Heart of Burquitlam – Coquitlam
Construction on Myriad, the final phase of The Heart of Burquitlam master-planned community, has progressed ten levels since our last update, reaching the 33rd floor. Interior work on the 50-storey condominium tower includes steel framing at level 17, mechanical rough-ins at level 15 and drywall at level 10. Other finishes, such as tile work, cabinetry and vinyl flooring are advancing throughout the building.
North Harbour – North Vancouver
Offering a mix of condominium homes, rental apartments, retail spaces and waterfront amenities, North Harbour is a master-planned community in North Vancouver, stretching across approximately 12-acres of land, that will deliver a vibrant living experience by the water's edge. All buildings within the first phase have now been topped off, marking a significant achievement in its construction progress.
Drift, the community’s inaugural waterfront condominium building, providing 163 homes, is advancing with window installations, steel stud work and mechanical and electrical rough-ins.
Significant developments are also being made at Aire, which features two boutique buildings terraced from the waterfront. Both Aire East and Aire West have completed superstructures. Building envelope preparation work has started at Aire East, while window installations and exterior steel stud framing have progressed at Aire West.
The development of the rental building is also well underway with its superstructure fully completed. Window installations, along with interior and exterior steel stud work is advancing. Additionally, the off-site civil infrastructure work for North Harbour's development is progressing.
TESORO – Vancouver
This month, we reached a major milestone with TESORO, our landmark development in Vancouver’s False Creek. Comprising 92 two- and three-bedroom homes, TESORO welcomed its first homeowners on April 3, marking its completion. This exciting step represents the completion of The Creek master-planned community, a collection of five distinct buildings which include Navio (two buildings), Voda, a non-market housing co-op and TESORO. Over 70% of these exclusive homes have been sold and the new Presentation Centre is now open, located within the building.
