Emergency Contact
An emergency is a situation requires immediate attention that cannot wait until the next
day. In the case of a fire or break in, please call 911 first – but do contact us afterward.

- Condominium Home Owner – You own a Concert condominium home that is currently within the first two years of occupancy.
- Rental Apartment Tenant – You are renting a home within a Concert rental apartment building.
- Commercial Property Tenant – You are a tenant within a Concert commercial property.
What’s considered an emergency?
Examples of Condominium Home emergencies include:
- Blockage of plumbing drains where sinks, toilets or tubs will not drain or are backing up
- Sparking noises coming from your breaker panel or no power
- No heating or air conditioning
- Water leakage where the water system must be shut off
- No water service or no hot water
Examples of Rental Apartment emergencies include:
- You are locked out or have lost your keys (note: a charge will be added for after-hour calls)
- Blockage of plumbing drains where sinks, toilets or tubs will not drain or are backing up
- Sparking noises coming from your breaker panel or no power
- No heating or air conditioning
- Water leakage or flooding
- No water service or no hot water
- Refrigeration unit is no longer keeping food cold or frozen
- Damages to the entry door or if the access fob is not working
- Damages to external building doors or garage doors not closing
Examples of Commercial Property emergencies include:

After hours
Outside of these regular working hours, please call the Gateway Property Mangement
after-hour emergency line at 604.635.5000.
Then, follow up with Concert-On-Call the next working day at 604.685.9875.
