Levelling up: Summer 2025 construction update

Since our Spring 2025 update, construction across Concert Properties' sites has continued at a steady pace, with over 1,300 homes well underway. From highrise towers in Toronto and Coquitlam to a growing waterfront community in North Vancouver, each project continues to reach meaningful milestones as we work to deliver more resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities.

Burke – Toronto

Rising above Toronto’s St. James Town is Burke: a 53-storey condominium that blends contemporary architecture with historic character. At its base, the tower is anchored by three heritage homes, which are currently being reconstructed. Once complete, they will offer new retail and commercial space, contributing to the vibrancy of the community, while preserving a vital part of the neighbourhood’s historic charm.

On the exterior of the tower, precast installation is now complete, and window installation has reached level 45. Inside, suite framing has progressed to level 40, drywall installation is at level 36 and in-suite electrical and mechanical work has been completed up to level 38.

Work continues on mechanical and electrical rough-ins in the amenity areas, while the main elevator installations are underway.

Myriad – Coquitlam

The final addition to the Heart of Burquitlam, Myriad is a 50-storey condominium that will bring 468 new homes to this growing, transit-oriented, master-planned community.

Construction is now in its final stages, with millwork installation underway in both indoor and rooftop amenity spaces. Landscaping has also begun, and surrounding city sidewalks are nearing completion, signaling that this landmark tower is getting closer to welcoming residents.

North Harbour – North Vancouver

Set along the North Vancouver waterfront, North Harbour is a 12-acre master-planned community that will deliver new homes, retail spaces and public amenities in a vibrant, connected setting at the water’s edge.

Across the site, all four buildings in the first phase are progressing well. Interior finishing is underway in the rental building, while condominiums, Aire East and Aire West, continue to advance through their final stages of interior work. Drywall touch-ups, hardware installation and closet and plumbing fixture installations are underway. Drift, the first building approaching completion, is now in its final stages—with Customer Service inspections in progress as we prepare for occupancy later this fall.

Off-site improvements are also advancing. Along Fell Avenue, landscaping work is taking place to prepare for healthy tree growth. Formwork for the overpass deck is also in progress—an important step toward improving long-term connectivity across the community and surrounding area.

With strong momentum heading into the second half of 2025, we’re excited to continue advancing these communities and look forward to sharing more updates with you in the fall.
