Reconciliation is not a destination—it’s a continuous journey that calls for courage, collaboration and commitment. We remain dedicated to honouring and learning from Indigenous voices, cultures and histories.
Reconciliation Action Plan
Inherent in our organization’s Social Purpose—to create inclusive, resilient and sustainable communities—is the need to advance reconciliation. Our Reconciliation Action Plan is built on five key pillars, each designed to foster meaningful progress and collaboration, covering our most impactful areas of influence. The pillars are ordered to be cumulative, each building on the foundational outcomes of the previous.
Indigenous mapping
As part of our Reconciliation Action Plan, Concert Properties created an Indigenous Mapping Guide and interactive web module (see below) to acknowledge and identify the traditional territories where our properties are located. Created as a resource for our team, partners and community members, it is intended to honour Indigenous histories, foster deeper understanding and inspire meaningful action.

Concert Properties’ Commitment to Reconciliation
The next step for us to take meaningful action is to implement our Reconciliation Action Plan and continue to move forward in this journey that demands ongoing effort, empathy and collaboration. Our dedication is to create inclusive communities that reflect our shared values and histories, fostering genuine partnerships and meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities.
